Brian Callahan is an American professional football coach who most recently served as the head coach of the Tennessee Titans in the National Football League (NFL). 

Coaching career

Callahan’s coaching career included serving as the Head Coach for the Tennessee Titans from 2024 to 2025, where he was fired midseason in 2025 after a 1-5 start. He also served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals (2019-2023), reaching Super Bowl LVI. Other roles included Quarterbacks Coach for the Oakland Raiders (2018) and Detroit Lions (2016-2017). He held various assistant roles with the Denver Broncos (2010-2015), being part of the Super Bowl 50 winning staff. His early coaching experience included Offensive Coordinator & Quarterbacks Coach at Junípero Serra High School (2008-2009) and Graduate Assistant at UCLA (2006-2007). 

Before coaching, Callahan played college football at UCLA (2002-2005). He is the son of long-time NFL coach Bill Callahan.
